After years of practising Kundalini Kriya Yoga, I’m aware of my mind entering a peaceful, calm and comforting zone even while I’m doing it. Doing Kriya is about following a system of practice that enables me to be completely aware of everything about me, within and without. It’s about helping me set aside my lower nature and experiencing life from a much higher, elevated nature. After Kriya, the mind is so focused, one-pointed and clear that it practically attracts all the good/right things to me. I realise that things get done faster and smoother…. Only because the mind is no more dissipated. Kriya is a blessing in itself. Blessed are those who are practising.
