COURSE DESCRIPTION

Dhyana (Meditation) Instructor Course consists of numerous kinds of Dhyana techniques. This course implement guided meditation which provides valuable information on using proven Creative Visualization and Guided Imaginary Techniques to generate energy and manage stress. It induces the best teaching methodology with evergreen wisdom of ancient eastern culture. The effectiveness has well been researched over the years and its susccess is based on hands-on coaching approach that nurtures budding instructors.

Be recognised as an expert in meditation, a very rare qualification in the scarce teaching niche.
Understand the need for all levels of society to practise meditation therefore projecting meditation as a valuable and necessary practice.

Equanimity

Inner calmness and centredness. Helps to consistently raise performance levels, cope with stress and maintain a steady state of mind.

Develops the brain

Increase use of brain reserves, allowing the right and left brain hemispheres to begin to work together in harmony. Who should attend this course?

  • This course is aimed at beginner, so no previous experience with yoga is necessary.

After successful completion of the course, participants shall receive a Dhyana (Meditation) Instructor Certificate and the DMIC transcript. This course is approved by the Ministry of Education.
