COURSE DESCRIPTION

Pranayama Instructor Course is a complete and systematic yoga practitioner and instructors course that covers all aspects of various yogic breathing techniques. In this Pranayama Instructors / Practitioners Course, you will be taught total up to almost 100 types of pranayama techniques, mudras, and bandhas. Yoga Instructors will find this course very useful in your teaching as pranayama is an important part of authentic yoga. Practitioners will be able to practice the techniques confidently on their own for the various benefits they choose to master.

Who should attend this course?

  • This course is intended for yoga instructors, healers, heal therapists and those who wish to have full filling breathing pattern.
  • This course is aimed at beginner, so no previous experience with yoga is necessary.

After successful completion of the course, participants shall receive a Pranayama Instructor/Practitioner Certificate and the PBTIC transcript. This course is approved by the Ministry of Education.
