MASTER TRAINER

Manisekaran, fondly known as Master Mani by his students, is the Master Trainer of MAYI Yoga Academy who revolutionised the teaching of Yoga by infusing modern techniques into the traditional teaching of Yoga while maintaining it’s authenticity.

A Yoga practitioner of more than 30 years, Master Mani is well versed in the philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda.

MAYI AYURYOGA

MAYI AyurYoga (MAY) is the offspring of a vision to combine two prolific ancient practices, Ayurveda and Yoga, as one to enhance the well-being of its practitioners. These two practices, when combined, provide positive responses which are second to none. Encompassing an understanding on how the body works, both Ayurveda and Yoga is devoted to pursue health not just through achieving proper functioning of the body, but also uniting physical health with mental health.

MAYI SUPER YOGA KIDS

Super Yoga Kids (SYK) is an organisation that specialises in researching and developing well structured children yoga courses and programmes from age 2 to 17 years.  Programmes are structured to inculcate interest in yoga from an early age.
Classes are designed to enhance children’s confidence, creativity, focus and concentration through a holistic approach to “Educate the Whole Child”.

The Malaysian Yoga Society (MYS) was established as a mental and physical health oriented humanitarian organisation in November 2004. Non-sectarian in nature, the Malaysian Yoga Society is purely in pursuit of creating awareness and understanding of yoga as a science of holistic self-development for individuals in society through teaching practice and various related charitable activities for the underprivileged and socially disadvantaged. The Malaysian Yoga Society aims to do this through teaching and practice, and various other related charitable activities.

Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors (MAYI) is a non-governmental organisation, registered under the Societies Act of Malaysia. The main aim of this neutral association is to unite all Malaysian yoga instructors to a common understanding of yoga by acting as a central body of standardisation for yoga teaching techniques as well as updating and upgrading instructor members through a variety of yoga workshops and courses. Courses include internationally recognised certification for new and existing instructors, as well as opportunities for practical training. By becoming a member of MAYI, the sky’s the limit with a world of opportunities in the yoga teaching scene both locally and internationally.
